 Here's how it works: You sign up as a UPC Affiliate (for FREE).
You build free trial websites for businesses and people. One of them loves the experience of controlling their own website and buys it.
You made $50 to $250 depending on your position!

When someone buys a Website Pro through your Personal Site or Affiliate Portal, you earn an “up-front” commission of $50 to $250. You would also receive this $100 commission if you purchased your own Website Pro from “yourself” by buying it through your own Personal Site or Affiliate Portal. Having someone purchase a Website Pro you are now promoted to
Affiliated Partner. Congratulations!
As an Affiliated Partner you would still earn a commission of $100 when a Website Pro is purchased through your Personal Site or Affiliate Portal. If you were a Stockholder, you would earn a $250 commission from that purchase. So, of course, your goal would be to get yourself promoted to Stockholder as quickly as possible, to begin earning the highest commissions on purchases made from your own Personal Site or Affiliate Portal.
In addition to earning up-front commissions for purchases made through your Personal Site or Affiliate Portal, you earn residual commissions each month as customers pay their monthly subscription. As an Affiliated Partner, you earn $5 each month for each continuing Website Pro subscription originally purchased through your sites. When you get promoted to Stockholder you will earn $10 each month on each of those same subscriptions.
In addition to earning money for purchases made through your own Personal Site or Affiliate Portal, as an Affiliated Partner you will also earn an “Enroller” bonus on purchases made through any of the portals of Affiliates you have personally enrolled. Let’s say you enroll Jane as an Affiliate and she purchased a Website Pro from her own Personal Site or Affiliate Portal. Because you are an Affiliated Partner, you would earn a $100 Enroller bonus from Jane’s purchase. If you were already a Stockholder, you would earn a $200 Enroller bonus for Jane’s purchase of a Website Pro—another reason to become a Stockholder quickly.
By the way, if you had NOT already been promoted to Affiliated Partner when Jane made her purchase, you would have until the following Thursday (before midnight PST) to have someone purchase a Website Pro from your Personal Site or Affiliate Portal to receive the $100 Enroller bonus on Jane’s purchase. Otherwise, you would receive a $50 bonus as an Affiliate.
So far, we’ve got Affiliates and Affiliated Partners earning a $100 up-front commission and a $5 monthly residual commission for each Website Pro purchased through their own Personal Site or Affiliate Portal and we’ve got Affiliated Partner earning a $100 Enroller bonus for each Website Pro purchased from the Affiliate portals of personally enrolled Affiliates.
Well, what happens when the Affiliates you enroll start enrolling other Affiliates? Let’s say you enrolled Jane as an Affiliate and Jane enrolled Bob. When someone purchased a Website Pro from Bob’s sites do you earn anything? If you are an Affiliate or an Affiliated Partner you wouldn’t earn anything from Bob’s sale.
However, if you were a Stockholder, you would earn a $100 Stockholder “override” from Bob’s purchase. And if Bob enrolled Gary who purchased his own Website Pro, you’d earn a $100 override on his purchase as well. In fact, as a Stockholder you would continue to earn that $100 override on every single Website Pro purchase in your entire enrolled network to infinity until one of those Affiliates in that sequence qualified as a Stockholder.
When someone becomes a Stockholder in your enrolled network, you earn $25 from each Website Pro purchased in his or her entire enrolled network to infinity until the next Stockholder. Beyond that Stockholder you will split a unique $25 Builder Bonus with all Stockholder above you in the enroller sequence. This means that you will ALWAYS earn a bonus on EVERY purchase in your network. You probably can’t imagine how powerful and lucrative this Builder Bonus can be. This ingenious bonus—industry experts have dubbed it an “anti-blocking” bonus—has true retirement potential built into it. But that’s not all. As a Stockholder, you would also earn UPC Company Stock and be eligible for other incentives.
In addition to all this, UPC pays residual bonuses and overrides to the network on all monthly subscription fees. For example, on the monthly subscription of a Website Pro $5 and $5 is paid respectively to next two Stockholder above in the network. Then a $10 Residual Builder Bonus is split among the remaining Stockholder in the network above. We recommend that you NOT try to calculate what this could mean in terms of a monthly, residual income—you’re likely to lose sleep over it.
